$145,000–$160,000 base + super, with realistic OTE around $245,000 climbing past $300,000 as you and the team hit target.
5% personal commission on the new clients you win, paid across each client's first 12 months.
A 1% override on the new-client book your team builds, so you are rewarded for leading, not just selling.

What you'll actually do
Own new business and revenue growth, and build and coach the team that delivers it.
Set and run the sales strategy, then lead personally on the deals and partnerships that matter most.
Own the pipeline from lead to won deal, including qualification and the close.
Own pricing, proposals and the sales forecast.
Build and nurture key referral partnerships with agencies and related businesses.
Coach a high-performing team, including a Business Development Manager, lifting the people around you while modelling great selling.
Who this suits
You don't need to have run a 30-person sales org. What matters is that you can sell at the front and lead from it at the same time.
5+ years in high-growth B2B sales, ideally in SEO or digital.
SEO experience is a must here. You can translate organic growth into commercial value for CMOs, marketing leaders and founders.
You have built, coached and led a sales team before, or you are clearly ready to.
You are a strong closer who qualifies well, negotiates commercial terms, and orchestrates a deal to signature.
You are data-informed, with confident pipeline, forecasting and CRM habits.
You are humble, driven, and genuinely interested in the craft.
This is a player-coach role with a personal target. If you only want to manage and never sell again, this isn't the one.
What success looks like
First weeks: you know the pipeline, the team, the offer and the 400+ client base inside out.
First quarter: your personal deals are landing and the team's pipeline and forecast are tightening under your hand.
Six months: a repeatable sales engine is humming, with stronger conversion and bigger deals.
Twelve months: a high-performing team is winning consistently on the systems and partnerships you built.
