Head of Growth - Infinity22
Client Ownership role | Grow relationships + the business | Brisbane or Melbourne (hybrid)

Head of Growth | Infinity22 | $120k base + super + uncapped commission | Brisbane or Melbourne (hybrid)
Why this role?
Most "Head of Growth" jobs own a slice. This one owns the whole engine.
Infinity22 is putting marketing, sales, and customer success under a single leader - demand generation, new-client acquisition, and retention/expansion, all driven by one accountable owner of firm revenue. You report to the CEO, and the commercial number is yours, end to end.
It's a results role, not an activity role. You're measured on what actually follows: profitable new business won, how efficiently you win it, and the value you retain and grow across the existing base. Uncapped commission on the revenue you control.
If you've wanted to run an entire revenue function - not one corner of it - this is the seat.
The product and market
Infinity22 helps businesses fund and run their growth. Most clients enter through Grants, with Business Advisory and a Virtual CFO offering as the expansion products — each its own ladder.
That's the shape of the engine you'll own: marketing creates demand, sales converts it into new clients, and customer success retains and expands them over time. One pipeline, one owner.
Brisbane or Melbourne, hybrid.
What you'll actually do
You own three functions as a single commercial pipeline:
1. AI Marketing + demand generation.
You set the marketing strategy and own the volume and quality of the lead pipeline. An AI Marketing Manager (based in the Philippines) executes — email campaigns, paid advertising, and the firm's broader AI-led marketing. You're accountable for what that function produces.
2. Sales - new-client acquisition.
You lead the Business Development Managers who convert inbound leads and advertising-driven enquiries into signed clients. You own the conversion of pipeline into revenue, and the new-business number.
3. Customer Success - retention & expansion.
You own the CSM function - the day-to-day owners of the client relationship who protect satisfaction, retention, and grow revenue from the existing base. A deliberately scalable model, and the foundation of compounding revenue.
Across all three, you: - Own the firm's revenue target and the plan to hit it — acquisition and expansion. - Control customer acquisition cost — keep marketing and acquisition spend efficient and on-budget. - Protect profitability - sell within approved pricing and margin.
(Pricing and discount authority is deliberately reserved: you recommend and flag within margin parameters; new offers and discounts get approved against budget before they're sold. The guardrail keeps strong top-line from ever coming at the expense of profit.)
- Report commercial performance — clear visibility of pipeline, revenue, CAC, retention and margin for the CEO.
What you'll need to succeed
Non-negotiable:
- You've led a revenue function and owned a number - not just carried a quota, owned the commercial outcome.
- You've managed sales and customer success teams, and you can direct a marketing function (including an offshore AI Marketing Manager).
- You're commercially rigorous: CAC discipline, margin awareness, forecasting, and CRM hygiene you actually enforce.
- You can operate inside pricing guardrails - recommend and flag, not freelance the discounting. - You're in Brisbane or Melbourne (or moving there).
Strongly preferred:
- Professional or financial services background, or domain exposure to grants, advisory, or accounting.
- You've taken a commercial function from founder-led into a real team and system.
- Fluency with AI-led / modern demand generation.
What success looks like
90 days: You've got your hands on the revenue number, you know all three functions, and the marketing, sales and CS leads know what they're accountable for.
6 months: Lead flow is predictable, BDM conversion is improving, the CSM motion is protecting and growing the base, and your CAC and margin reporting is trustworthy.
12 months: A revenue engine that compounds — profitable new business at an efficient CAC, strong retention and expansion, and clean visibility of every commercial lever for the CEO.
Why Infinity22?
You own the whole engine. Marketing, sales, and customer success under you - reporting straight to the CEO. Not a territory. The function.
Comp rewards outcomes you control. $120k base + super, plus uncapped commission on net revenue (new business accelerates against target; 0.75% on expansion), paid on cash collected. A guaranteed minimum package covers the initial ramp while you establish the role.
Real upside, real guardrails. Uncapped on the top line, but built so growth never costs the firm its margin - a grown-up commercial role for someone who thinks like an owner.
