Partner Enablement Manager (Sales Enablement) - Fintech
Massive Opportunity

Partner Enablement Manager | $150K Base + 10% Bonus (~$165K OTE) | Sydney or Melbourne
You're not inheriting a playbook. You're writing one.
This fintech and payments platform has processed over $15 billion in business payments, with 100,000+ Australian businesses using it to move money that used to just sit in transactional limbo. They're adding roughly 10,000 new businesses every quarter.
The partnerships side of the business is scaling faster than the tools and training that support it. Fintechs, payroll platforms, HR and accounting software all want to integrate the platform into their products. Relationship managers and partner sales teams need to know how to actually sell it. Right now, nobody owns that.
That's this role. You're the first dedicated partner enablement hire — building the joint sales playbooks, running the training, designing the incentive campaigns, and holding the whole pipeline to a process you can actually measure.
It's a build role with real air cover and minimal red tape. If you want to own a function outright instead of a slice of one, this is it.
Why This Role?
$150K base + 10% bonus (~$165K OTE)
First dedicated partner enablement hire — you set the standard, not follow one
Backed by genuine scale
Direct mandate to build a certification program and asset library from the ground up
High autonomy, low bureaucracy — you're not waiting on five approvals to run a campaign
Genuine two-way remit: enabling partner sellers and the company's own commercial team
What You'll Actually Do
Build the joint sales playbook covering exactly how the company and each partner sell together, end to end
Define rules of engagement, lead handover, deal registration and conflict resolution — then get sign-off from both sides
Run a recurring webinar program for partner sales and marketing teams, from onboarding through advanced training
Deliver in-person training at partner offices and industry events
Build a certification path so partner sellers are verifiably ready, not just present in a room
Design always-on incentive campaigns, contests and leaderboards using the company's own loyalty currency
Own deal stage tracking across partner-sourced pipeline in the CRM, and report adherence honestly
Build the partner enablement scorecard, bring the numbers to QBRs and forecast reviews, and turn pipeline gaps back into training
Who This Suits
What matters is proven experience training salespeople who don't report to you — and actually getting them to change what they do on Monday morning.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, live in a webinar and in a room
Comfortable living inside a CRM — you can build a report, spot dirty data, and explain a funnel without a data analyst holding your hand
Sharp written skills — playbooks, battlecards and process docs are most of your output
Project management discipline, since you'll run many partners and campaigns at once
Willing to travel domestically and work across time zones with partner teams
Some background in loyalty, payments, fintech or SaaS channel work helps, but it's not essential. The ability to build a process from nothing and get other people's teams to follow it matters more.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most "enablement" roles are really just content production for a playbook that already exists. This one isn't. You're building the process, the training, and the incentive structure from scratch, at a company that's already proven the model works — $15B in payments and 100,000+ businesses is not early-stage guesswork.
You're also not stuck enabling one side of the relationship. This role runs both directions: partner sellers and the company's own commercial team. That's a wider mandate than most enablement hires get, and a faster way to make your mark.
