Q Agency is a full-stack creative and growth agency in Penrith, Western Sydney.
Design, web, SEO, paid media, data and strategy, all under one roof. Founder-led, 300+ clients served, and growing. The whole place is built around one thing: growing the businesses it works with. Lately that growth focus has been sharpening around one vertical in particular, aviation, alongside a broad book of growth-stage brands.
That full-stack setup matters for this role. Your campaigns will not live in a silo. The landing pages, the creative, the tracking, the SEO, it is all in-house. When paid needs something fixed to perform, the people who fix it sit near you, not at another vendor three emails away.
Western Sydney is the growth corridor of the country right now, and Q Agency sits in the middle of it. This hire is part of scaling for what comes next.

What you'll actually do
Run Meta ad accounts hands-on, every day. Campaign architecture, audience builds, creative testing, budget calls. Yours to own.
Run Google Ads the same way. Search, Performance Max, Shopping where it fits. Real budgets, real consequences.
Own measurement end to end. Set up and maintain analytics, tag management and event tracking across client accounts: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion APIs, server-side tracking where it is needed. You are the standard for clean data in the building.
Diagnose before you optimise. When performance moves, you find the why in the account and in the tracking before you touch a single dial.
Front clients directly. Turn performance data into plain English that a business owner actually absorbs. Honest expectations, no jargon-dumping.
Set the technical bar for the team around you. Review setups, share what you know, lift the standard.
Spot growth inside accounts and make the case for scaling budgets and expanding scope.
Who this suits
This is a senior-only role. 6-8+ years in paid media, still in the accounts today, and operating at a genuinely senior level. We mean that literally, and the screening will reflect it.
You do not need every certification on the shelf. What matters is that you are doing this work right now, at depth, and can walk us through it.
Strong, current experience managing Meta ad accounts. Live accounts, this quarter. You can screen-share a structure you built and explain every decision in it.
Strong, current experience managing Google Ads. Same test. Current, hands-on, and deep enough to defend your bidding strategy without notes.
Expert-level analytics, tags and events. You set tracking up, you do not inherit it and hope. GA4 configuration, GTM containers, event architecture, conversion APIs. When attribution breaks, you are the person who fixes it, not the person who raises a ticket.
Located near Penrith, or a genuinely commutable distance. This is a full-time role, in office during probation. If the commute only works on paper, it will not work in month two. Please be honest with yourself here before you apply.
Comfortable in a small, capable team where your work is visible and there is nowhere to hide. You like it that way.
What success looks like
At 3 months You are running your accounts independently, the tracking across your portfolio is verified clean, and clients know your name and trust your calls.
At 6 months Your accounts carry your fingerprints: tighter structures, better data, decisions clients can actually follow. The team is already coming to you for the tricky tracking questions.
At 12 months You are the senior reference point for paid at a growing agency, with a portfolio you have visibly grown and a measurement standard the whole agency runs on.
