Property Buyer's Agent | Help Aussies Build Wealth Through Property | $300K+ OTE | Fully Remote
Break into property with a firm that actually backs you.
Not the grind-it-out, sink-or-swim kind. The kind where you've got infrastructure, deal flow, and a proven model that converts.
The Opportunity
One of Australia's premier property investment firms is expanding its buyer's agent team. They've built a reputation helping everyday Aussies navigate their first (or next) investment property purchase. The business model works. The client pipeline is strong. And they're looking for buyer's agents who want to make serious money while actually helping people build wealth.
This isn't property spruiking. It's legitimate buyer's advocacy backed by education, market analysis, and end-to-end client service. You'll work with clients who are ready to invest—they just need someone who knows the market to guide them through it.
The firm handles the marketing and lead generation. You handle the client relationships, the education, and the deals.
Why This Role?
$300K+ OTE — Top performers in this business are clearing $550K-$750K annually
Work with a established firm with proven systems and consistent deal flow
Client base of motivated investors, not tyre-kickers chasing unrealistic dreams
Full support infrastructure: marketing, admin, CRM, lending partnerships
Education-first approach means clients trust you and stick around
Build a book of clients who refer and repeat
Sydney-based with flexibility once you're established
What You'll Actually Do
Guide clients through property investment education—markets, borrowing strategies, timing, risk
Conduct market research and present tailored property opportunities based on client goals
Negotiate and manage property purchases from search to settlement
Build relationships with mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and property managers to deliver seamless service
Stay ahead of market conditions across key investment suburbs and submarkets
Run client consultations to understand investment objectives and structure strategies
Manage your own pipeline of deals while maintaining high service standards throughout
Leverage the firm's marketing engine to convert leads into long-term client relationships
Who This Suits
You don't need to be a licensed real estate agent with 10 years experience. What matters is that you understand property markets, can explain complex concepts clearly, and actually give a shit about helping people make smart decisions.
This role suits people who:
Have worked in property (buyer's agency, mortgage broking, real estate, property investment) and understand how the game works
Can educate without condescending—clients need to trust you, not feel sold to
Are comfortable with high-value transactions and the responsibility that comes with them
Want to be rewarded for results, not just effort—this is performance-based income
Understand borrowing capacity, lending strategies, and how finance impacts investment decisions
Can build relationships that last beyond a single transaction
Some buyer's agent or mortgage broking experience helps, but it's not essential. Understanding the property investment landscape and being able to communicate clearly matters more.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most buyer's agent roles throw you in the deep end with zero support and expect you to generate your own leads while learning on the fly. That's not this.
You're joining a firm with brand recognition, marketing infrastructure, and a proven client acquisition model. The leads come in. Your job is to convert them, deliver results, and build relationships. The earning potential is uncapped because the firm's model actually scales.
And here's the thing: you're not selling people property they can't afford or shouldn't buy. You're educating them, showing them realistic opportunities, and helping them make decisions that actually build wealth. That means clients stick around, refer their mates, and come back when they're ready to grow their portfolio.
This is where you build a proper buyer's agent career—not just chase the next commission.
