The actual role
You'd be across Google Ads and Meta accounts every day.
Different clients, different verticals, different levels of digital maturity. Real budgets, real consequences.
Your job is making the complex feel simple — for clients and for the team around you.
Day to day:
Running and optimising paid campaigns across Google and Meta — big annual spends, not play money
Being the person clients actually want to hear from — translating performance data into stories that make business owners go "ah, got it" instead of glazing over
Setting the standard for a small team — you're not doing everything solo, but you're the one they look to when it gets tricky
Managing expectations honestly — no over-promising, no jargon-dumping, straight talk about what's working and what's changing
AI is not optional
